Where are classes held? Is there parking?

All Cruzio classes are held at our Santa Cruz store at 903 Pacific Ave, Suite 101. Here's a Google map.

Free 3 hour parking lots can be found at Pacific and Maple or Cedar and Elm. Street parking is available on Pacific Ave in front of Cruzio, but if you choose to park here, don't forget coins for the meter.

I'd like to pay with cash or a check. How can I do that?

Our registration site is fully encrypted so any credit card information you enter will be safe. However, if you'd like to pay with cash or check, you can do so by registering with one of our customer service representatives in our store.

What do I need to bring?

You do not generally need to bring much to the Cruzio classes. Some attendees like to bring paper and a pen to take down notes, however you will get a handout that details most everything that is covered. If you are attending a Hands-on class, Cruzio will provide a computer for you; if you'd like to bring your own laptop, you may, although some class resources are already preloaded on our computers. We have both Windows and Macs available.

How do I know if I am on the new Web hosting servers?

Some of the Hands-on classes make use of the tools and applications included in our newer Web hosting packages. If you're not sure whether that's what you have, you can always call our customer service team at 831.459.6301 option 2 to find out for sure. Generally, if your domain admin login begins with a "w" and ends with three numbers, such as "w3a001", your domain is hosted on our "classic" servers, and should be migrated over to one of our new plans before you attend the class. We'll take care of the transition, all we need you to do is fill out this form.

What if I need to cancel a Hands-on class or event?

We know things happen in life and sometimes you can't make it to one of our classes.

1. If it's five or more business days prior to the class or event, you'll receive full credit or a cash refund.
2. If it's two to four business days prior to the class or event, you can get full credit for another class or a cash refund less 15% processing fee.
3. If it's one or fewer business days, there is no refund.
   
4. If Cruzio cancels the class or event, you will receive a full refund or credit.
